Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using c3field.in, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you disagree with any part, you must stop using the platform immediately.

These terms apply to all users — free accounts, paid subscribers, and API integrators. C3Field reserves the right to update these terms with 14 days' written notice.

Use of the Service

You may use C3Field's AI video generator for lawful purposes only. Generating content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes third-party intellectual property rights is strictly prohibited.

Intellectual Property

All platform code, AI models, and interface designs are the exclusive property of C3Field. Users retain ownership of original scripts and prompts they submit.

Videos exported on paid plans are licensed to the user for commercial use. Free-plan exports are for personal and non-commercial use only.

Liability Limitations

C3Field provides the service on an as-is basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or error-free output. Our liability is capped at the fees paid in the 30 days prior to any claim.

Limitation of Damages

C3Field is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the platform, including loss of revenue or data.

Users are solely responsible for the content they generate, distribute, or publish using C3Field's tools.

Third-Party Services

C3Field integrates with third-party platforms including YouTube and Instagram. Their terms govern your use of those services. We are not responsible for changes to third-party APIs.

Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Report any unauthorised access to info@c3field.in within 24 hours of discovery.

Your Rights

You may request account deletion at any time. Upon deletion, your personal data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Changes to Terms

C3Field may revise these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
